MyWacker logs every set, tells you when to add weight and starts your rest timer the moment you tick a set. Run tracking and an optional food tracker are coming soon.
Try it now · no sign-up
Tick a set. The weight fills in and the rest timer starts on its own.
Change the reps. Green at the top of the range, amber below it.
Finish the workout. See which lifts go up next week.
No more guessing between sets. MyWacker remembers what you lifted, shows the target for today and tells you when you've earned more weight.
Double progression
Knows when to add weight
Hit the top of your rep range on every set and MyWacker tells you how much to add next time. Fall short and it tells you to hold. Try it: change the reps below.
Barbell bench press4 × 5–8 reps · 60 kg
Every set hit 8. Next time: add 2.5 kg → 62.5 kg

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is MyWacker free?
Yes, the app is free while we're in beta. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us before anything is charged. Trainer consultancy is an optional add-on.
I don't go to a gym. Is MyWacker for me?
Yes. Gym-free strength plans with bodyweight and band exercises are ready now. GPS runs, logging walks, rides and badminton or tennis matches, and bringing in activities from your watch or fitness app are coming soon.
Do I have to track my food?
No. The food tracker is coming soon, and it'll be optional. Switch it on for calorie and protein targets, or keep MyWacker as a pure workout log.
How does it know when I should add weight?
It uses double progression. You keep one weight for all your working sets. When every set reaches the top of the rep range, MyWacker tells you to add the smallest sensible jump next session, such as 2.5 kg on a barbell or the next pin on a machine.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes. MyWacker needs to be online while you use it. Each set is stored on your phone the moment you log it, then saved to the cloud.
Who are the trainers?
Consultancy is delivered by our certified partner trainers, either as a one-time session or a monthly subscription. Get in touch for details.
Is this medical advice?
No. MyWacker offers general fitness guidance, not medical advice. If you have chest pain or dizziness when you exert yourself, a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure or blood sugar, a recent injury or surgery, or you're pregnant, talk to a doctor before you start.
